Journey Church is a group of people from all walks of life who are being transformed by Jesus Christ. Our hope is to see the city of Jacksonville transformed by the power of the Gospel, for the Glory of God in our generation. We are passionate about sharing the love of Christ and impacting our communities by following four main threads:
- Identity: We were created and formed in the image of God.
Our lives are firmly rooted and grounded in our relationship with Christ.
- Worship: We were created to worship God and enjoy him forever.
Thus all of life is worship, not just Sunday Mornings.
- Community: We were created to live in community.
We place great value in gathering together in small groups throughout the week.
- Mission: We were created to share the good news.
We are relentless about sharing our faith with those who don’t know Jesus.
We believe that by doing these things, we are fulfilling the Great Commission that Jesus Christ laid out for us

He also loves using his Biblical Studies and Film School degrees to create engaging programs designed to capture, engage and inspire the Journey Church family with power of the Gospel. Plus, he’s the only one on staff that has a time machine. True story.
