Back 2 School
This year journey is Partnering with The Fathers Heart ministry to distribute over 100 backpacks with 10 essential items to families in need between Wednesday August 3rd and Saturday August 6th.
There are 3 ways in which you can participate:
Option 1: Use the list below and purchase one or more of the items. Bring that item to the church between now and July 30/31st.
1. 24-count Crayola Crayons
2. Glue Sticks
3. #2 Pencils
4. Wide-ruled Notebook Paper
5. Fiskars Scissors (blunt)
6. Back Packs (no wheels)
7. Folders w/pockets & prongs
8. Composition Notebooks
9. Colored Pencils
10. Spiral Notebooks (70 page)
Option 2: If you would like to help us sort and pack the items for distribution come to the Wednesday August 6th Access service. Directly following the service we will put the packs together.
Option 3: If you would like to be a part of the distribution team you should also come to the Wednesday Night August 6th service. At the end of the pack out we will be distributing the addresses of people who will be receiving the baskets as well as the instructions for distributing the backpacks.
